We can fly automated flights over your property taking images every few seconds with definition down to below 1cm per pixel of image.  The image above left is comprised of 500 photographs taken with 80% overlap with a zoom lens from 150 feet, which has been combined into a single large jpeg file.  It might look like  screenshot of Google Maps but the detail available is on another level entirely.

 

Zooming in to a particular area can identify defects, and low level detail shots can be taken to highlight specific areas of concern (gutters, flashings, penetrations etc).

These images can be used as an asset register recording the roof condition on a certain date and the flight can be reflown at a later date if needed to identify deterioration.
